No immediate compulsion for submitting the copies of Eligibility Cert. or Your Degree during application submission of FMGE (MCI) exam.
You can submit your application form without that and appear in examination with Admit card sent by the board.
They will just put u in "Documents Pending" mode.
But You will have to submit those documents before announcement of the Result. Otherwise the board will not publish your result.
They will publish that result after you submit those pending documents.
